We Vacuum all carpets thoroughly using a high powered vacuum cleaner. It is crucial to remove as much dust as possible prior to the extraction clean, failure to do this can lead to premature re-soiling and can be difficult to rectify.

3. MOVE LARGE FURNISHINGS

We will move larger furnishings - such as chairs and tables - but for insurance reasons we ask you to move smaller valuable items such as ornaments before we arrive.

4. PRE-SPOT DIFFICULT STAINS

We will pre-spot your carpet for all difficult stains. We will Treat any spots or stains which will not come out during the normal cleaning process eg. red wine, tar, candle wax and rust.

5. HEAVY DUTY PRE-SPRAY

We will pre-spray the whole area with a carpet traffic lane cleaner and both agitate and work this cleaner into the carpet fibres. Its this process and traffic lane chemicals that do all the work. The cleaning solution in the extraction machine is primarily a rinsing agent and by itself can only clean lightly soiled carpets.

6. GROOM CARPET

We will groom the carpet to loosen and agitate the soil with the traffic lane chemical.

7. HOT WATER EXTRACTION MACHINE

The hot water extraction machine we use will thoroughly clean and rinse your carpets. The high pressure hot water extraction unit we use cleans much better because it heats water to a high temperature and then shoots the cleaning solution into the carpet at high pressure. This helps break up the dirt, bacteria and pollens in the carpet.

The machine then produces a huge vacuum volume to draw the dirt and chemicals out of your carpet. This is the only method of cleaning recommended by the world's largest carpet manufacturers.

Note: Rinse and extract using a hot water extractor has also been known as steam cleaning and deep cleaning.

8. RESIDUE RINSE

We use the extraction machine to ensure a residue free rinse that ensures the integrity of your carpet helps to retard re-soiling; we also include a neutralizing agent within our rinse.

9. PROTECTIVE FOIL TABS

Furniture is replaced back onto the carpet with protective foil tabs and styrofoam blocks under the legs. Why? well sometimes the moisture left in the carpet will leach out any colour stain finish from the furniture leaving it very difficult to remove from the carpet.

10. GROOMING

Where appropriate we will groom your carpet to leave it in the best condition. This usually means we run a grooming rake over the carpet to ensure the fibres are tangle free and this also helps with the drying process.

11. RAPID DRYING SYSTEM

We will use special carpet drying equipment to help reduce the drying times. So you can use the carpets quicker. We will also supply you with blue over shoes so you can walk on the carpets while you wait for your carpets to dry.

12. POST CLEANING INSPECTION

Our technician we will walk you through your home and point out the cleaning results and make sure you are happy with the job.
